Oracle APIs in Oracle service contracts

I need to know the basic Oracle standard APIs used in "Oracle service contracts" module along with the respective functionailities.  Can any one let me know?

You will find Oracle® Service Contracts API Reference Guide Release 11 i in the Oracle Technology Network site:
