Can't see all the folder  structure in a mapping

ok
My users work's in a mapping drive that points to a file server.
some of my users have a wireless conection.
suddenly one of them is working on a word file that is in the map drive(point to a server and the conection fails) I re conect the mapping, but i cant see the hole structure of folders and files that the mapping have)
what may caause this weard behavior)

go to start
run
cmd
net use
and this will display where they are pointing to

Here is an example
C:\>net use
New connections will be remembered.


Status       Local     Remote                    Network

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Disconnected           \\mapping\IPC$           Microsoft Windows Network
The command completed successfully.

Also try net use with the persistent command line added
also check the event log for any errors

ok im understand
but im not quite sure that is is the point.
example
i have a mappin unde g:
that have
1
2
3
I re conect the mapping at the same point but now only i can see
1
2

the 3 (folder isn't) appear in the explorer
