How can I video record web cameras in a browser window?

How do I go about recording (video) a java applet that's running in my IE 7 browser window. The applet is actually showing some web cameras that we have mounted in our building and are viewable through an IP address and browser. System is Windows XP on a win 3000 AD domain.

I've used this great program from Hyperionics, HyperCam.
