If you have the DVD on your machine, chances are it is a full 4.7GB movie in VOB format, or a 700MB Divx file, or somthing similar. Non of those are in native format, and slicing any part of a dvd would require the editing program to resample the final result. You can however save it as mpeg4, and then in nero recode it into VOB files for dvd viewing, but I doubt that is the case here, and most of the time resampling would take anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours.

What do you need it for (and in what format), and I'll help you through it.

I WANT TO KEEP IT IN DVD FORMAT AND IT S ALREADY IN DVD FORMAT. I WAS JUST THINKING IF I CAN EDIT WITHOUT RECODING ALL BECAUSE RECODING ALL TAKE MORE THAN  2 HOURS, I DONT WANT TO SPEND MY TIME ONLY FOR 2 MINUTE OF CUT.
I HAVE TRIED WITH AVS EDITOR NOT SAME THING. TAKE TIME TO RECODING.

I dont think you understand.

The DVD native format is non editable, so the minute you try and splice it, the program viewing the DVD will already have transcoded it for viewing into its own native language (divx, mpeg4, bde), so apon saving it, you would have to recode it.

I know of no software that would allow you to edit a CCS encripted DVD in native format.
