table background image in Print Preview

I'm placing an image inside of a table cell <td background="image.jpg"..>

But I need it so that when you view the page in Print Preview in the browser (IE and Firefox), the image shows up.  Currently, it doesn't.  Is there a css solution or another solution to solving that?

In both browsers, there is an option under File PageSetup... to "Print Background", which defaults to off.  This can't be changed programmatically, but you can manually set this option to On.
