We all know we can create events in iCal and then send invites via email using Apple Mail. <br />

My question is how can I email an invite to an iCal event using Microsoft Entourage 2004 instead of Apple Mail? <br />
<br />
Working on panther OS (10.3.9). I have some options, but they both require 10.4 or greater. I'm looking for other options other than upgrading.<br />
