tracking messages on exchange server2003

hi
haw can i track e-mails on exchange server 2003, its installed on active direcory running on windows server 2003 sp1, when i try to trck it gives me a messge that tracking database does not exist or the message left the exchange organization

Hello

You have to turn tracking on.
Open Exchange System Manager.
Go to servers and right click the server you want to enable tracking.
Check the Enable Message Tracking
