Hi Experts,

I have been given the assignment to search and find multiple mails addresses in our organization. The only thing we have to find the match is the person’s name, so not
necessary the correct match to the mail address.

At the moment we have several mailboxes open in our outlook and performing search from there … but isn’t there a much easier way to this?

We’re running Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.

Thanks in advance.

What do you mean find addresses?

Are you searching through mailboxes looking for someone EXTERNAL and then figuring out their email address?

If so, then your only options will be what you are doing now (which shouldn't be that difficult) or using some third party app, such as something from Quest

… mean as in finding email addresses ;)

We have the correct names, we’re ‘just’ missing the email addresses. Therefore we’re searching all the relevant mail boxes for email addresses.

Ill check out the Quest app – thanks.
