I am trying to clean up my domain controller and looked at my event logs.
I ran into a bunch of warnings and infomation errors. I would like to take care of these issues.

Sounds like there are some know reporting errors as per the following MS article. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;823230
There was a pre SP1 fix, but I would assume SP1 will include these changes. Have you installed SP1 as of yet? If not it may resolve the issue/s for you.
