Import csv into Exchange 5.5 distribution lists

Hi folks.  I have a csv list of users, which are formatted, surname, firstname.  I want to import those users into a distribution list in Exchange 5.5 so I can create a load of distribution lists without having to select users manually.  Anyone know how to do this?
