ACCESS INTERNET FROM PC USING MOBILE PHONE

Could someone please explain to me how I can get onto the Internet on my PC using my mobile phone as a dial up client.  My PC is running XP Home.

You normally need a connector from the computer to the phone, and a plan that will allow you to do this from your cell phone company.  Note: "Unlimited Internet Access" from companies like Sprint on your cell phone does not give you the right to attempt this.  You have to purchase a separate plan to use your phone as a modem (or get charged ridiculous rates).
