How do I enable the imap module in php5 on my opensuse x64 bit box?  I went though the yast interface and installed php-imap, however I cannot find how to actually enable it.

What does your phpinfo()- page tell you which php.ini is unsed and which additional ini-files have been sourced?
Is /etc/php5/conf.d/imap.ini in that list and is the extension actived in that file (no comment in front of extension=imap.so)?
