PIX 501 PCAnywhere access issue

cannot to connect to PCAnywhere from outside my PIX. What's missing? Please note: This is just a just a portion of the  running-config

That part all looks good.
What is the default gateway setting on the server? Make sure it is set for the PIX 10.1.1.5
