Unable to reset the program ccapp.exe.

I have got this annoying problem of this program "CCAPP.EXE" kept popping up and I had to hit O.K. numerous time in order to close it.
  How do I solve this problem?

Do you have Norton AntiVirus installed? Try to uninstall and re-install it.
