BlackBerry tif viewer that allows PAN and ZOOM and runs locally

I am looking for a BlackBerry tif viewer that will run locally on a BlackBerry with OS 4 or higher. I need a way to locally view tif images and to PAN and ZOOM as needed. The only thing I can find is ASP solutions that transmit your data to their site for conversion.
