Few Questions on Remote Web Wordspace.
1) I assume I can have multiple usres log in at the same time.. can they also connect to the same "server" at the same time?
2) I know it uses the same port as Terminal Services (3389) and 443 for the https, but can I change those ? We are going into a shared office and they only have 1 external IP and it is already redirected to another tenant in the office.
3) can you transfer / copy files as you can in Remote desktop, there is the need for the remote users to drop forms / files onto the server.

Thanks

Yes you can have mutiple users log in at the same time to RWW.. It depends on which server you are connecting to. If it is a terminal server than you can have mutiple people connect at the same time. If it is a regular 2003 server you can only have two different people connect at the same time (policy can be changed to prevent this). If it is a workstation only one.

I know it uses the same port as Terminal Services (3389) and 443 for the https, but can I change those ? We are going into a shared office and they only have 1 external IP and it is already redirected to another tenant in the office.

Remote webworkplace using port 443 and then using port 4125. 3389 is not needed for RWW to work. (remote sessions also)
But yes you can change RDP port if you want if you are not plannign on using RWW

can you transfer / copy files as you can in Remote desktop, there is the need for the remote users to drop forms / files onto the server.

OH..when you are about to connect to the server in RWW. Down below to the box there is am Optional Settings button you can press.

Enable

"Enable files and folders to be transferred between the remote computer and this computer"

Forgot the mention this.
