WSUS Update install not completing.

I'm seeing this in the logs for user workstations:

Installation Ready: The following updates are downloaded and ready for installation. To install the updates, an administrator should log on to this computer and Windows will prompt with further instructions:  - Update for Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) (KB883357)

Is there a way I can give them workstation rights through GPO so that they can complete the update without my having to log in?

Thanks

e.g. setup "Allow Automatic Updates immediate installation"

and for security updates that require a reboot - set the appropriate option.
