strange problems with pix 501

We have a cisco pix 501 version 6.2 and were working in it today and now we can no longer get ping replies, ave smtp mail arrive or have people access our web server or microsoft vpn from outside.  here is the current config.  Nothing has changed as far as i can tell.

Looks like the acl is not applied...

  access-group outside in interface outside
