I'm having problems with application Hyperion Retrieve.
The data displayed in Excel  has '#NAME' and '#N/A' instead of numbers.
Logging in with the same users' details on another PC, the data is displayed correctly.
Application accessed via Citrix.

Thank you for your assistance,
Deepak

Hello Deepak,

A situations when #NAME is shown has to do that there is a function used in the cell which is not available at that moment in your excel.

Perhaps if you give more details about the content of the cell like the formula it would help to solve.

Perhaps it is a standard excel function then you might check the add-ins like is the analisys toolpack used or not, or is there a sort of hyperion add-in used.

Thank you Jeroen for your reply.
It turned out to be an issue within the application Hyperion/a setting to be enabled.
