A situations when #NAME is shown has to do that there is a function used in the cell which is not available at that moment in your excel.<br />

Perhaps if you give more details about the content of the cell like the formula it would help to solve.<br />
<br />
Perhaps it is a standard excel function then you might check the add-ins like is the analisys toolpack used or not, or is there a sort of hyperion add-in used.<br />
