I have installed this software an my laptop which runs Win2000 Pro. I have a driver installed for the phone that I got from a cellphone users forum. The phone is a Motorola RAZR V3M from Sprint. I never get the picture of my phone in the setup. It then asks to install manually but will not recognize my phone. Now if I just plug the phone in without starting the software the laptop sees new hardware with the driver I installed. But the Motorola Phone Tools never sees the phone and can't install it. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Does anyone have any ideas what to try next.
