linix on windows

i have a windows machine and loaded linix on the drive. Now it boots up in linix, how do I get it to boot into windows on startup. Is there a way to get into windows after linix is booted up?

You also might consider the dual boot solution Linux and M$ OS, or using PC Virtual / VMWare.

Describe the operating system selection screen you see when you start your computer.  Is the operating system selection menu a black screen with white text?  If so, you can change the default operating system in Windows by doing this...

Click Start -> Run -> Type msconfig
In msconfig -> Click on the BOOT.INI tab -> You can set the default operating system in there by selecting the line that says Windows XP, and clicking the "Set as Default" button.

If the operating system selection menu looks different, then it's probably something that came with Linux, and you should look for anything on that screen that allows you change options.
