What is the code below doing?

it creates a certain folder (md), and then copies a certain file from the local path to the just created remote path (copy).
note that if the remote path already exists, md will raise an error, but the batch should continue.

so this 8346-TDS-400z-dsc_0292.jpg is renamed to this 5x7 Print-8346-TDS-400z-dsc_0292.jpg ?
