I am currently running Exchnage 2003 Enterprise on a Windows 2003 Enterprise Server.  My data store is about 90GB with approximately 150 users.  I currently do not have any automated maintenance routines setup.  Are there any recommeded maintainence routines that should be setup on a daily, weekly or monthly basis?

An Online Defrag runs every night by default.

The only thing you need to do is make sure you have a backup, and occasionally run the Exchange Best Practices Analyzer -> http://www.exbpa.com
