Dear Experts,
while I was checking my Exchange Server 2003 event viewer I found this error:

Error: MARC4Core        6702
ugin SMTPSend reports exception.
SMTP Send: Connection to the server failed. Please check your SMTP server settings.
Additional info: Connection closed.
For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Could you please tell me what is that and what should I do for it?
Thank you

That looks like a GFI Mail Archiver error.

Check the logs in GFI MailArchiver and ensure there is nothing wrong there (configuration for notifications being the first thing I would be looking for) and also ensure that your AV is not scanning the GFI:MA directories
