VB code to Attach and Send Email

I need a code to attach and send an email through my Lotus Notes email.  I can only access my Lotus Notes server remotely.  Can you please provide a code to assist.  Please explain where do i go to lookup email server name or hosts, etc.

Are you trying to send email via a Notes client installed locally ?

Please provide more details since it is not quite clear.
