I have a server with a shared folder on it. I also have 2 laptops each with a shared folder. I want the 3 shared folders to be synchronised at all times or at set intervals, IE when I turn the computer off, when I turn it on, during the day.

How can I do this?

Also, I would like to sync over the network. Two laptops running Windows XP pro, standard windows file share on the server.
