Remote Fat Client Validation to Domain
The current system in place is as follows:-
Central Office - All servers - DC, Exchange, SQL and 3 Citrix servers.
3 remote offices (office1 15 users, Office 2 5 users, Office 3 30 users)- Clients logon to local machines (no domain validation) and then run the citrix published application.
Remote offices linked via leased lines and firewall VPNs.
The question I have is that we need to change the clients from logging in localy to their PC to validating to the domain. What implications are there regarding this and how can we minimise the traffic over the VPNs.
They will not need roaming profiles as this will be handled via the Citrix
