Faronics Deepfreeze Enterprise & WSUS conflicts

Does anyone know if there are any conflicts with WSUS when a computer is running deepfreeze?
My WSUS server synchronizes every night at 3:00am but the computers that have deepfreeze installed don't report daily.  At the current time all of the computers are unfrozen (because I'm running a test) but they only report now and then.  The only commonality is that when the deepfreeze computers go to sleep I can't see them in Ghost.  Does WSUS see the computers even if they go to sleep?

Thanks for your help.  It's not working because we have XP SP2 installed but I didn't tell you that so I'm giving you the points because now I know where to search for a resolution.
