What is a cheapest dual vga port, PCI network card which can be purchased in the UK?

My firm is using Dell Optiplex 210L pcs which only have PCI slots inside.
I need the cheapest graphics card I can find which will alllow me to have 2 monitors running from one pc.
The monitors we have use vga cables so I require 2 vga ports on the card.

I havent had much luck on the net so can an expert help.

Just as a note, you could always get a card that supports both DVI and VGA, or just ones with 2 DVI slots and use a DVI -> VGA connectors on them. You'll get a slight loss of quality, but if you're not running games I doubt you'll notice very much.

It will probably be rather difficult to find a card that supports two monitors and runs off of a standard PCI slot.

If you are willing to do so, and each computer has at least 2 PCI slots open, I might recommend going for 2 nVidia 6200s for each. I'm not sure of prices over there, but here they only run about $50 each. I think they might also support 1 VGA, 1 DVI. Simultaneously or not, I'm not entirely sure. You could just go for two of them in each computer, and probably get a nice bulk price for the lot of them.
