(Never tried this on 2003 server.. But, for XP Pro..)<br />
I frequently use the &quot;Ultimate Boot disk for Windows&quot; (A.K.A. Bart PE)<br />
Once booted to Bart, You call create a new account, add it to the administrators group, boot back into Windows, logon with the new account and reset the Administrators password. Logon as admin and remove the temp account.<br />
Takes about 5 minutes and no &quot;hacking&quot; needed..<br />

Windows 2003 workgroup password
