ISA Server problem with SBS2003

I am attempting to install SBS 2003 Premium and all went well until the ISA Server install. On reboot the application event log contained -

"The ISA Server Standard Edition cannot run. Either the server is using more than 4 processors, or it is configured to use the Active Directory service.  Use the source location 100.371.4.0.2163.213 to report the failure. Contact Microsoft (R) Corporation for more information."

I have dual Xeon processors with dual cores. I have seen a report on my server at some point that I have 8 processors which I attribute to the multi-threading component of the processors. I had read that SBS was OK with the the dual core aspect of the Xeon processors.

Is it the R2 version that you have?

Q. Does SBS 2003 R2 support multiple processors?
A. Yes. SBS 2003 R2 supports up to two physical processor dies and up to four virtual processors on multi-core processor dies or on processors that support hyperthreading. SBS 2003 R2 will display an alert during the setup process, but you can continue to install SBS 2003 R2 on a multi-core system. See Knowledge Base article 909382 for more information.
