Print Mail Merge in Microsoft Publisher 2003 to one PDF file.

How can I print a Microsoft Publisher 2003 mail merge document to a PDF file.   For some reason, when I print I am only getting two pages per file and then it asks for another file name.  This also happens if I print directly to the color copier that being that two pages are only sent at a time.

https://www.pdfonline.com/convert_pdf.asp is the location of a tool to provide the merge.
