email time worng on some e-mails

i have a user that gets emails on his exchnage and treo that are ahour ahead when the person next to himget the right time. I checkied his time and it is right and I checked teh exchnage server and it was right

Is the "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes" set? Is the system up to date on DST patches?
