EMail recovery after permanent deletion
Mega plea:
I was sent an important email today and my wife thought it was rubbish so hit the "SHIFT+DELETE" and permanently ("Hard delete") deleted the message. IE it was not put into the "Deleted Items" folder and lost from there - it was deleted from the inbox directly
(Having not heard from the person in question for 20 years I don't have a return email address for him - hence that is part of the reason for this question!)
have I any chance of getting this email back from my disk? I am using Outlook Express 6 on Windows 98.

I didn't actually buy any of the packages specified but the information CERTAINLY helped point me in the right direction as to how to at least see the email contents.
Once again, E-E provides the answer!
Many thanks
