Paint Shop Pro - Fill shape with a picture?

I would like to use Paint Shop Pro to create an image which fits nicely into another image.

Let's say that I have one image and I want to fill it with another image.  Is there a procedure to do that?

Here is a screen shot that helps illustrate what I'm trying to do.

hi first the image below is almost exactly the same size so it will fill it  do you want to lose the edges? use copies of these not the original
Use the selection tool  or freehand tool  then masks  once you have outlinded edit cut edit paste as new mask "Paste As a New Layer".  sounds simple but its tricky
maybe illistrations may asist you

The "Past as" ... did the trick.  Thank you.

I also resized the inside image to fit.  The goal was for me to get the rounded corners as well.

thanks for your help.
