Hi All,

background
SBS with Exch sp2
Windows mobile 5 devices with MFSP

question

Is it possible to have the GAL permanently available on the phones rather than having to look on line each tme. other than by copying all gal into a users contacts

the reason for this is so that if someone from within the company phones someone else their name would appear.

TIA
Gareth

You would have to find a way of getting the GAL in to the local contacts of Outlook which will then be sync to the device. You also have the problem of maintaining that information as it will be a local copy.

Take a look at Add2Exchange from "did it better": http://www.diditbetter.com/add2exchange.aspx
