"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Whilst I'm pretty sure that it's not possible to do that from the login - you could redirect the shortcut to open the app and insert a warning in there.

There are lots of ways to do this - but cheap and cheerful - and fast way - so long as yu aren't too worried about getting round it - would be to launch the app using a batch file and a neat little freeware tool called MessageBox - available as freeware from http://www.otbsw.com/Files/msgbox21.zip.

All this does is open a messagebox (with configurable buttons) that you can use in a batch file.

Here is a batchfile you can use.  This would be placed in the same folder as the configuration app, with the msgbox executable (or have that in your PATH, or defined explicitly)  - along with a text file called warning.txt that has your legal warning.  Obviously update the command line as appropriate - the one here assumes you are using WFS8 installed at default location.

Good Luck!!

@echo off
msgbox "@warning.txt" "Watchguard Legal Warning" 1 2
if errorlevel =  2 GOTO END
if errorlevel =  1 GOTO LOAD
:LOAD
"C:\Program Files\WatchGuard\wsm8\wfs\AppMngr.exe"
:END
