How do I correct mismatching version of MDAC
I am trying to install BES on one of my backup domain controllers. When i begin the install I get this Warning: Mismatched MDAC versions are recorded in the registry. How do I correct this problem.
Thank you
Thank you
sorry bout that.
Here is a component that checks what version of mdac you have on your system.

Once you find out what it is, then download and reinstall the proper version.

This does not work, i just did that about 15 mins ago, and still no change in the error. I installed mdac_type file and still no effect.
even after you used the component checker?

When i run that program, i run the program to find what version, and it says 2.8 for window xp. I also can find in the registry part of this, the mismatched registry keys. How do I correct this?
ASKER
