I'm trying to send email from a software using MAPI via outlook and its working fine. I even get rid of that warning outlook ask using http://www.contextmagic.com/express-clickyes/ . Now my problem is it ask me to choose profile for each email and when you send 200 emails it would be very hard to do so. I tried to set as default but still it reset it by itself.

see this: http://managedcoder.com/mapi_image.gif

I do check it each time but when I try to send it again it shows again.

Also this computer has outlook express on it is it because of this?

Your software must be logging in to Outlook each time it sends.  Is the software a commercial application or is it locally written?

I think the problem is with the add-in.  It is initiating the login.  I'd recommend contacting the add-in's maker.
