Exchange Server & automatic cleanup
Hi All,
I was checking Event Viewer & came across the following 2 entries:
************************** ***
Source: MSExchangeIS Mailbox
Catagory: General
Event ID: 1206
"Starting cleanup of items past retention date for Item Recovery on database "First Storage Group\Mailbox Store (ALPHA)"."
&
Source: MSExchangeIS Mailbox
Catagory: General
Event ID: 1207
"Cleanup of items past retention date for Item Recovery is complete for database "First Storage Group\Mailbox Store (ALPHA)".
Start: 4 items; 577 Kbytes
End: 4 items; 577 Kbytes"
************************** ********** *
Is this something to be concerned about?
I am assuming it is cleaning the deleted items folder?
Any info would be appreciated!
I think I need to sign up for eventID.net!
