i need to write data from a sql Database to a  text file . The format of the text file needs to be "field1" " field2" "field3"  ( quote delimited with a space between the fields)

I am having difficulty figuring out the approach. Should I use a Datareader or dataset? I have very little experience with this writing delimited files and could use a push in the right direction
