Oscommerce account history empty

Hi, I have had  such a bad run with oscommerse and now after tearing it down and rebuilding it its working rteally good and the way i want it apart from one factor. Account history information. It is not displaying any history,

I know click it and it displays an empty "page cannot be displayed page". I dont want to mess around with any files and mess things up as i have gone live. Please can someone assist with this. I know its pretty vague. i have tried to import a fresh copy from a fresh oscommerce download and no luck. Do you think i need to tear it down and rebuild or is there a way to check things. The SQL is recording in the tables so i dont belive the problem to be with my tables.

Please assist and thank you in advance.

Hi, It seems that you are tiered with the things, so, I don't want to suggest any solution related to current oscommerce features.
But, lets think different, you said that records are going to table, it means you know in which table things are stored, let us do one thing create a simple php page that can access that table and display you all the records you need, and yes, you can add as many features as you need with your own coding. jst forget that you are using oscommerce, you jst have a table and from your query it seems that you know how to create a simple php form that can help you to retrieve data from desired table.

Hope this will help you.

Thanks
