Integrating VPN  file coping in.net

I would like to create a windows services that uses vpn tunnel to copy files between 2 servers accoring to some conditions.How will I integrate vpn in .net  ?

In my opinion; if you have two sites, each with a server, I would think it justifies a hardware VPN solution that would have the tunnel always available. Then copying files would be done in the same way as on the local network with no need to first establish the tunnel. Though a pair of Cisco routers would be my first choice. If you have a limited budget ,2 Linksys RV042's ( ≈$200 US ea), 2 Linksys BEFVP41's ( ≈$125 ea), or 2 Netgear FVS318's ( ≈$150 ea) will do the job quite nicely.
