Need Help With Local SpamAssassin Rule

Help me write a spamassassin rule that does this:

If user is "jsmith@smith.com" and the body of the text contains many jpegs or gifs, then assign it a high score.

Well, we just seem to get an amount of people sending these messages "Check out these cute puppies" or "wonderful rainbow pics" and they have lots of jpgs and gifs inside.  One was malformed MIME and hosed my inmail processor for a bit.  Mangement has tasked me with reducing this junk, so I was just hoping for some ideas!!!

Pablour, I almost see your way, but I think there is already a local rule (/usr/share/spamassassin rules) that checks for a majority of jpg or gif.  Not sure.

Any other thoughts or ideas would be great!
