My company currently does not allow job applicants to submit their resumes (Word format) through our external web portal because of our inability to scan the docs for viruses.  Our web service is ran on a win2003 box running iis with a peoplesoft backend.  The HR department would like to give applicants the ability to attach their resumes.  Does anyone know of a product that will intergrate into our current environment and allow us to scan docs as they are attached?

Another way is to set up a web page that they can use straight text formatting.. i.e. a custom submit your resume page... .asp can call any virus scanner/ app after the file is uploaded.
