no internet on one computer

One of our computers can reach the servers and other computers, but cannot get on the internet or outlook?  The rest of the computers can get on the internet and outlook.  There were some mighty storms last night, and a couple of computers are doing some odd things.

Was it able to connect to the internet prior?

What does it show in ipconfig?

Is it similar to the other computers?
