When I get emails from Red-cross and open them I get this error: " A Java Script Error has encountered", but I do have Java installed, do you know why? Thanks.

It's a JavaSCRIPT problem, not Java, they are two different languages. Apparently they use JavaScript in their mails, and they made some error in it (either a syntax error or something the JavaScript interpreter of Notes doesn't understand). The error is not at your side, unless you have an old Notes client.
