Disaster Recovery "Microsoft Project Plan"

We are building a Disaster Recovery Site and I would like to have a sample Disaster Recovery Project Plan.  Can someone assist me with a sample copy of a good DR Project Plan.  I am not looking for DR Plan, but a Project Plan that hightlights everything from identifying critical servers/applications to purchasing to configuring, building environments.  

If someone can help me it will be greatly appreciated.
