Group Wide Delegate Permissions to Calendar (Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003)

I have a group of users. I wish to grant another group of users read (reviewer) permissions on the each of the first groups' Outlook calendars. Does anyone have a script or god method for doing this that does not involve going into each user's Outlook?

Use a combination of admodify.net and setperm.
