Does anyone know of decent rated password recovery tool
for MS Word and Excel 2000 and above?
There are tons of vendors out there offering this utilty and
makes it a little difficult to decide.

Site rules prevent us for giving you any direct advice on password recovery methods or tools.

As you aware, there are many available. The operation is pretty basic and used rarely so, as long as it works, you do not have to worry too much about quality.
